    Early Voting for Eastland Elections

    Early voting starts Monday for the Eastland elections. Who's voting?

    Not a single one of them has stated support for the preservation of our water resources.
    Childhoods and church affiliations are not important at this stage.

    The current commissioners have definitely shown an interest in water conservation. They enacted water restrictions and they have protected Lake Leon from contamination by fighting to keep gas lines out. I'm sure that all of the candidates are concerned with the water supply considering that they all live in Eastland and all rely on water.

    Not if they are interested in attracting new residents with economic development.
    Everyone will figure it out after the lake runs dry..maybe. Abilene, Brownwood, and Clyde still haven't figured it out.

    wasnt eastland pushing to get a water plan passed and the water board vetoed it sounds like peeps are mad at the wrong ones

    Early Voting for Eastland Elections

    Three Eastland city commission at large positions. Whichever three get the most votes are elected. Running are incumbents Norman Owen and Mark Pipkin; John Bird, Marcie Pierson, Sam Williams.
